You could get this site theme via a random event on October 31st at 11.59pm NST by refreshing at the Haunted Woods. Also available if you won the first Random Contest.

Birthday
Released November, 2004
You can get this Birthday site theme on your birthday and Neopets birthday, November 15th. You can’t keep this site theme. It has no ads.

Winter
Released February, 2005
Originally released on February 2nd, 2005 for the Winter random day. You could get this site theme as a Random Event at Terror Moutain. The site theme was released again on December 31st, 2005 as a Random Event at the Advent Calendar.

I know December is long gone but, how come on December 31, 2005 only some people got the winter site theme from the Advent Calendar? I thought everyone was supposed to get the same prizes from the Advent Calendar. :\ ~ starfire1991
Actually, random prizes are ocassionally given out via the Advent Calendar. This is done just to spice things up a bit and give a few lucky people an extra prize we wouldn’t be able to give out otherwise.
That being said, this was not the case here. :) Just like most of the other site themes, there were certain requirements that had to be met in order to obtain the Winter site theme. If you met these requirements, you got it on the final day of the Advent Calendar. We can’t tell you what those requirements were, of course, but it was certainly not a random giveaway. We’ll give you a little hint however… the same requirements will need to be met next year, and the site theme will again be given out on the final day of the Advent Calendar. You’ve got 10 months to figure it out! :)

If you send a A Mysterious Valentines Card to someone on Valentine’s Day, you and the person you sent it to will receive this site theme theme.

Maraqua
Released June, 2005
You had to participate in the Maraquan War (2005). Then from the prize selection area you could buy the site theme theme for 1 point.

Qasalan
Released January, 2006
If you participated in the 2005 Lost Desert plot, you can get this site theme by going to the Gift Shop of 1,000 Rewards.

Altador Cup
Released August, 2006
If you participated in the 2006 Altador Cup and scored 1 point you could visit the Altador Cup Prize Shop to receive this site theme as a Random Event. Also a prize for participants of the Altador Cup II in 2007.

Cyodrake’s Gaze
Released 13 September, 2006
Guess two or more answers correctly from the Cyodrake’s Gaze mini plot, then visit the plot page to receive this site theme as a Random Event.

Altadorian Constellations
Released 16 September, 2006
You had to complete the Altador Plot, visit King Altador (click on the King) to receive this site theme as a Random Event.

Tale of Woe

If you participated in the 2006 Tale of Woe plot you can visit Sophie’s Shack to receive your site theme.
