  • Forum: The collection of the nBn Forum users email address is used only for confirming forum registration details and password retrieval and for sending new passwords if necessary. Under no circumstance will we provide this information to any third party.

    We never ask for such information as city or state of residence or any other information that would personally identify the forum user. Participants have the option to voluntarily enter and display their email address and Instant Messenger contact information and any additional non-personally identifiable information such as gender and country but it’s not a requirement.

    The nBn forum system uses cookies to store information on the participants’ local computer. These cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information and only serve to improve forum viewing.

  • Site Email Submission Forms and Site Contests: NothingButNeopets.com has email forms throughout the site and onsite activities that require the site visitor to send submissions via email. The email address that is used by the site visitor will only be used to respond to the submission if a reply is requested and then the email address is deleted from our system. Under no circumstance will we provide this information to any third party.


We will disclose any information we have when required to do so by law, i.e., in response to a court order or a subpoena. We also may disclose such information in response to a law enforcement agency’s request once the request has been verified.
