Create a Flotsam?

Flotsam love to swim through the vast oceans of Neopia. They are very quick and can sense danger by studying the temperature of the waters and the movement of the clouds. Flotsam enjoy swimming around in the oceans and rivers of Neopia, although they can move just as well on land when they wish.

It is not known when the Flotsam came to Neopia but it was prior to January, 2000. On 3rd March, 2001 the Flotsam became a limited edition pet because they were hunted by the Jetsam. Dwindling numbers of Flotsams had a direct effect on the population of Jetsams in Neopia as there is not enough food around for them. As a result, on 17 May, 2001, Flotsams are no longer limited edition, and Jetsams are.
