Here we will post answers to FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) which visitors have sent in or we have noticed to be asked frequently on the nBn Forum.

First off, here are several questions we see asked a lot!

How do I get access to the Petpet Lab?
First of all, you need to have access to the Secret Laboratory. Without access to the Secret Lab, you won’t be able to gain access to the Petpet Lab. Once you have all nine different pieces of the Petpet Lab Map, you can go turn in your pieces to the Kookith. You will now have access to use the Petpet Lab once a day on one Petpet.
Be warned some drastic things can happen to your Petpet - name changes (Dragona’s Socks, Snarkie), species changes (Purple Bloopy to Spotted Angelpuss), your Petpet can be turned into a Pile of Soot, have its level increased or decreased and your Petpet may even disappear!
Just remember that once you start using the Petpet Lab on your Petpet - you won’t be able to win the PPL. You won’t be able to paint your Petpet a different color with a Petpet Paint Brush. Most importantly, if you remove your Petpet it will revert back to its original form.

I need help with the Brain Tree Quest! When did “so and so” die and where?
You cannot get the answer to Brain Tree quests questions from anyone else. You must complete two Esophagor quests in order to find out where and when a character died. Each Brain Tree Quest question will have a different answer no matter how many times that same question is asked.
