What does your username mean? - Bella
Bella - A long time ago, I was a writer for a local Catholic newspaper (I was in 9th grade or so) and the priest who over saw my column always called me “beautiful child of Christ” so when I started taking French lessons I decided that Christabella was the perfect name for me. So even since, all my screennames and even my name on non-Neopet webboards is Christabella. Humorously enough, I’ve used it for so long that when I’ve met my online friends offline (I attended college with a few of them) they couldn’t remember to call me Katey or Katelyn, but always Bella. And the 611 is my birthday June 11th
Megg - nBnGallery is pretty obvious, I started the account to be a gallery of all cool things Neopian. But that didn’t quite work out. I’ve got a few things in the gallery that are worth a bit, but I don’t really collect them any more.
My other username, d_licious, well that’s a screen name I used on the internet all the time. Now, I don’t like it with the underscore in there, but oh well :P
Awesome Amy - My username defines me! No, I don’t really remember why I chose to be "Awesome Amy"- I used to really dislike my choice of username but I’ve grown to it! I mean, I am pretty awesome right?
Hummer Jeannie - My user name is a combination of two parts. Hummingbird is my childhood nickname (long story) and Grey is last name of Jean Grey aka Phoenix of the x-men, my favorite superhero so Hummer + Grey became hummergrey. Now everyone thinks of the vehicle hummer.
Pong - When I started this account, I was off a LOTR craze - narestel is a compound word, nar is (what I think is) Elvish for fire and estel is hope - so literally, flame of hope or something along those lines. My Lupe, Nar_Huan, runs by the same reasoning - Huan is Elvish for hound, so Nar_Huan = Hound of Fire
Crystaline - too created my username with the LOTR theme. Heck, just look at my pets’ names! (By the way, Peter Jackson officially made a deal for The Hobbit! Whoo Hoo!)
Tillie - My user name means that i like stuff relating to atomic energy and i like squids. So i REALLY like atomic squids. o_O I know, that wasn’t a very good explanation…there really just isn’t one. XD
Blue Wendy - As to "where my screen name came from?" "blue4657" It is actually the name of a bar that I used to manage six years ago. The Blue Saloon. and 4657 is the street address. Not very creative I know, but at the time it was relevant information that I need to remember. lol.
Dane - My username has a rather unusual story behind it. Way back when I was around nine or so, (like six years ago.) I was trying to create a screenname for nick.com. Well, back then I had a Great Dane named Chance. I was completely crazy about Great Danes. My room was even decorated with them. Anyways, when I was making up a username, the name greatdane was already taken. So somehow my nine-year-old brain changed it around to gatedne. And I used that screenname for just about everything for roughly five years. I was such a creative kid. The nickname Dane just kinda sprang up one day randomly. Not really much of a story behind it.
Trinity Tusaani - My username was created about six years ago when I was seven. ‘Tusaani’ is a penname that my friends used to call me and the front has seven sevens since I was seven years old then. I’m thirteen now but I didn’t play regularily for about four years inbetweeen. Great question by the way!
Jenny - A nickname of mine is Jenny Lynn and my brother started calling me Jennylynnburger(or so I thought) and I needed a screen name, so I thought of what my bro calls me and there ya have it. I was talking to him on the phone one day and told him that I used his nickname for me and then I realized that that wasn’t what he’d been calling me(for years). See he’d usually say jennylynn burger(with)cheese, well that’s what he said in my head, in actuality he’d been saying . . .Jenny Limburger Cheese. He’d been calling me stinky. Typical big brother. And the origin of my name.

Ninja Namine - well my first ever account was namine_artistic. meaning my name and the fact im artistic. but then i was iced and i made namine__artictic. the artictic was actually a typo. then that was iced so i made namine_artictic. same typo and everything. -sigh- spelling stinks
Jen Hen - Well, my original account was called poetess_123. I created it when I was in my "I am the poetry goddess of the world!" phase of life. The 123 really didn’t have any meaning…it was just easy to remember. Anyway, after I had that account for a little over a year, I got taken in by a fake login page and my account was stolen. At the time I really didn’t know how to go about getting it back, so I created this one.
Do you, or plan to, buy Neocash? - Crystaline
Megg - I didn’t have any plans to buy NeoCash when it first came out. I didn’t like the idea of items expiring after 180 days, I thought that was a bit silly. I would have got some NC Mall items, but it would have to be something that I really really wanted. But now TNT have changed it so items don’t expire, I’ve already purchased several things. I spent about $10 so far and will probably spend more in the future. I still think that items are a little overpriced, well especially when they had an expiry date on them. So yes, I definitely plan on buying from the NC Mall.
Bella - I have a mix of neopoint and neocash items. The selection is kind of limited. So until they release more stuff, I will probably not buy much more. I really just wanted to spruce up my Ice Bori and my Blumaroo, because I will never lab zap them. The other two, I am not as concerned with.
Tillie - I’ve bought a LOT of neocash…on all five of my accounts. XD Now i keep buying all the snow stuff from the mall, it’s so great that we can keep it now. It doesn’t seem silly to buy seasonal stuff anymore because i can use it every year, whee!
Stacey - Yes i plan to buy neocash!
Pasqui - At first I was totally against the whole NeoCash and NeoMall things. But I learned to live with it and decided that it’s still a lot better than a lot of other things that cost money and that people pay for everyday. Now, it’s unlikely that I will buy NeoCash anytime soon, but in time, who knows? It will depend on what they’re selling, at the moment there isn’t anything I would like to have, especially since I can get pretty much all the NP clothes.
Princess Sammy - No. I think Neopets should be a free website and you shouldn’t have to have real money to have an advantage over others.
Trinity Tusaani - No- I’ll live without the stuff there.
Shara - I don’t feel that we should have to spend real money to play a free game on the internet. It gives advantages to some but disadvantages to others. I think we should all have a fair shot at the great things of Neopia. Although, I do understand that they have to make money some how to work the site that we are all playing for free. Maybe someday if I can have extra cash I will buy some neocash. Maybe I can receive some for my birthday.

Bella - Will you buy NC Mall stuff? I like Megg wasn’t too fond of the idea when it first opened because things expired. But I have since put whatever the lowest amount I could on with Paypal and have used it. I am not sure I’ll buy any more NeoCash, but I won’t say never.

Jen Hen - I didn’t plan to get any, especially when things expired. However, when they took away the expiration dates, I was thinking about it. Especially since I love that Kreludor background. Then, for Christmas, one of my neofriends actually bought me neocash! I couldn’t believe it. I was so excited
Lola Kat - No. I was really not ok with it when it had an expiration date. Now that it has no expiration date the thought has crossed my mind but at the end of the day I don’t like the idea of spending money to virtually own pixels on a computer screen.

Jen Hen - For Christmas I would love a draik egg/draik morphing potion, yeah, that’ll happen when Mystery Island freezes over Realistically, I really love random gifts. Especially when they have a story or inside joke attached. Off neopets, I already know what I’m getting from my grandparents, and it’s the best gift ever…a plane ticket home! I’m quite excited about it.
Bella - Thanks for asking… I am hoping to get some cash toward a new camera. I have taken up photography (even a bit of wedding photography), I am making some money with it, but my really old camera (circa 1990) is barely a 1.1 Megapixel. If you are curious how bad that is your camera phone is at least a 2 megapixel. The camera I want is $700 not including lenses. As far as on Neopets, I love the advent calendar which I have dedicated my gallery too, so it doesn’t really matter what we get since I put it in there straight away.
Megg - 1000 piles of Sludge! For uber indulgence, a Royal PB and a Grundo MP. Which I’m hoping I can afford in the new year, so it will be a belated Christmas present.
Alyssa - I’m hoping all my friends (online and off) have a safe and happy holiday. I wouldn’t want anyone else getting hurt. I’m also hoping they all get what they would like
I’m also asking for a ton of music. My computer crashed, and that took all of my music with it, so I’ve been in a bit of a craze lately trying to rebuild.
Pasqui - Nothing. And that’s exactly what I got off Neopets. On Neopets several people did give me something though… I rather don’t look at those gifts as Christmas gifts though.

What do you all hope to get in the Advent Calendar? Be specific! - Jesse
Jesse - Personally, I’m hoping to get some more non-seasonal clothing items. I also hope to get a petpet paintbrush like we have the past couple of years - they really help my gallery. Bopks are always great, but expensive, because I instantly buy three more copies for my other pets, then buy enough for my alts’ pets. That adds up. Furniture is great, too, though my house can only use specific items now. Maybe a good plain rug or two. It seems we get a few too many toy items from the calendar, though I won’t complain!
Megg - So far I’m really happy with how many clothing/wearables we’ve got. I hope the trend continues as the winter goodies are adorable. Agree that some books would be nice. Other than that, I want to be surprised.
Dane - For the Advent Calender, I’m really hoping to get some more wearables for my pets. Hopefully by the end of the month, I’ll be able to make my pets look somewhat decent. All Larry looks like at the moment is that I randomly threw clothes onto him. Which is kind of what I did. A paint brush would also be quite nice. And of course, I can’t forget all the wonderful Neopoints. Those are quite nice.
Shara - Not really wishing for anything from Santa in particular. I guess I will just be glad with whatever I may receive. The advent has been awesome to me because that is my gallery.
Alyssa - Umm.. I’m just hoping its not going to be too expensive for me to catch up and buy everything I’ve missed!
Pasqui - I really was hoping for plenty of wearables, and I’m absolutely happy TNT actually did give out plenty of wearables! Next to that I was also hoping for a few items that fit in my collections, but so far they gave only one Q item and nothing else, so I’m a bit disappointed there.

Samy - Change something that happened in History for the better, huh…? Now that’s a tough one… Hmmm… Maybe for World War II to not occur? Then the world’s economical status should be much better, haha.
Dane - If I could change something…it would probably have been the invention of automobiles that run on gasoline. Then vehicles today wouldn’t ruin the environment as much as they do.
Mathilda - Well, there is one obvious answer that comes to mind (somehow prevent WWII and the horrible stuff that led up to it - i can think of one certain person that it would have been fun to take to Antarctica and abandon on an ice floe) but there are plenty of other things that would be nice to change too. Humans make way too many mistakes. XP
Alyssa - SO MUCH POTENTIAL in this question. There are a lot of things I could think of that probably would be testing T&C, so I will keep my mouth shut.
Pasqui - How cruel this may sound, if I had to change one thing in history for the better, I would make sure that evolution never ended up in creating the human. Every other living thing; animals and plants, would have a much better life, and the planet wouldn’t be totally messed up.
Princess Sammy - Although recently, I’d change September 11th… too many lives have been lost, besides my country has been going down the wrong path since.
Shara - If I could have changed anything it would have been Slavery. I believe that this is the root cause of most of our racialism. All of the fights and gangs and just people against people in general. There is no cause for it.
Awesome Amy - So many choices, oh so many choices. I would somehow stop the September 11 attacks and the Bali bombings for sure. Two disasters that shouldn’t have happened…
Out of all of the video game genres, which are your favorites? Examples include action, action-adventure, shooter, role playing, platform, simulation, sports, racing, strategy and tactical, etc. - Samy
Samy - I generally prefer RPGs (Role Playing Games), due to their often attractive storylines, and MMORPGS (Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Games), the interaction between many players attract me.
Megg - I like racing games, like Crash Bandicoot racing, I pwn husband at that. I also like fighting games, I can’t remember any of the titles that I used to play on the PS2 since it’s been so long since I’ve played. But I was pretty good at mashing all the keys together to win.
Elm - Well, I’m not quite sure what to call it – I suppose it is role playing but it is also strategic. I used to play the game Civilization in its many incarnations. It can be played on many levels and you can also play against other players on the web.
Morgan - Hmm. Well, I don’t play video games. I used to play frogger when I was little, but it’s been years. Now the closest I come to video games is playing tetris on my calculator. I tried playing Halo 3 the other day with the guys, didn’t work out too well. I think I had negative 20 kills or something like that.
Cook Michael - PS2 I’m a big fan of the Medal of Honor Games. When I had a mega drive though, it was Road Rash all the way
Awesome Amy - Well, I enjoy platform games, they’re easy to learn and very fun. I also quite like fighting games like Mortal Combat! Well, for the Xbox 360 I LOVE Viva Pinata and Mortal Combat and Mario-land Paper!
Wise Christine - no fave. video game genres. i don’t really play. i don’t really get a chance to play anyways cause the husband hogs the ps2. i like to sit on the couch though and help him play god of war (i read the cheat book to him while he is playing) and i like to watch him play the god father game.
Mathilda - I’ve always liked the good ol’ side-scrolling shooters and action types…my all-time favorites being the Metroid series, Duke Nukem 3D, Super Mario Bros. 1, 2 and 3, and Donkey Kong Country 1, 2 and 3. I don’t like those RPG kind where all you do is run around and talk to all the villagers too well. I also like skiing/snowboarding games for when i can’t get up to the mountain, but they are a rather poor substitute.
Alyssa - I think racing, like car racing games, I have fun with those, and then also like Megg said, Crash Bandicoot, that was the game of my childhood xD I don’t ever play them though, but if I had to choose, that would be it.
Pasqui - Puzzle-adventure. Yes, that’s a genre, the Legend of Zelda series being top in it! But basically any puzzle or adventure games are on my top list.

How many people have gotten good colors from the lab ray petpet or pet? - Maddie
Megg - My best zap from the lab ray has been a Robot Kacheek. I squealed when I got it a few years ago. I’ve got other good zaps, a Grey pet (but I’ve since zapped), a few Maraquan pets as well.
Cook Michael - As you can imagine, I’m trying to get he/she (I have no idea what it is anymore) zapped something evil looking. I’ve had rainbow, cloud, orange, island, pink, white, green, blue, blah blah blah. Nothing evil looking!!!
elvis_of_neo was zapped from green kyrii, to tyrnannian meerca, to tyrannian nimmo, and I’ve kept him as that ever since. I still consider him as my main pet, and he won’t be getting zapped anymore. And he won’t be getting customised, as the new tyrannian nimmo looks stupid!
Jenny - I have actually gotten lots of fairly good zaps, when the pound was working I would adopt pets zap them into something good and them put them back. Right now i’ve got a stupid kyrii, and apparently you can’t feed them apples.
Samy - Oh yeah, I do. Back in the good old days when Chikority was a Scorchio, I got Gray (which got me excited, because of the avatar), and Camouflage, which I myself think of as a pretty nifty and nice-looking colour.
It all changed when Chikority got zapped into another species. Although it did get me the Pwned by the Lab avatar, I still prefer a Scorchio. =_____=
Mathilda - I don’t use or want either lab rays. Too random. Mleh.
Alyssa - I really like Gray, so when one of my pets turned gray early on, I was pretty psyched. Faerie was pretty too. That was back when those colours used to look fairly decent on pets
Pasqui - I’ve pretty much gotten all colours that you can get from the lab. But yeah, as a lab lover I’ve always had multiple accounts with access to the lab, and now I even have access to it on all 5 my accounts.
Princess Sammy - I don’t have the lab ray… working on it though.
Sarah - I have gotten a lot of good colours, like Desert Shoyru, Darigan Zafara, Grey Uni, Maraquan Bruce, a lot of them I really liked but didn’t keep, however customization has made it so that I want more colours with clothes so that I can prettify my pets I’ve stopped using the petpet lab because it got expensive keeping it because it kept.

If you had 1 million dollars - what would you do with it? - Awesome Amy
Awesome Amy - I’d keep 400,000 in the bank for safe keeping, then I’d take 300,000 to spend on luxurious items! =) Then, with the excess 300,000 I’d use that and donate it to several different places such as the Heart Foundation, the Children Sickness Research Foundation, the Cancer Council, the poverty causes and many other needy funds! I’d spend the luxurious 300,000 on plenty of things, swimming pool, clothes, car etc.

Megg - I’d put a deposit on my $2 million dream house :P Nah, I would buy a nice house in Cairns, go on a nice holiday and have a nice time.
Insatiable Karen - What would I do with a million dollars?? I would buy enough property to build a shelter for homeless animals and to help people afford to pay for health care for the animals. This would be for people who truely need it. I love animals and wish I could afford to help them all.
Wise Christine - darn us govt taking taxes! i am in the middle of paying our stupid school tax after i already paid my property tax and my per capita tax. and have to pay taxes at the end of the year. boooo taxes. if i had 1 mill i would pay off my house and get a bigger house.

While one million Kuwait Dinar is worth US$3,586,672… O.O Yeah, call me bored or anything, I actually went to play around with a currency converter for five minutes before I got the maximum and minimum amounts… XD Anyway, one million dollars, huh? I’d deposit them into the bank and live off the interest! XD *takes calculator out* No wait, meh, I can’t live off the interest even with a million bucks. : Darn banks and their low interest rates.
Mathilda - If i had a million dollars…hmm. I’d buy a bigger house than the one i’m in the process of buying now…not a mansion or anything, just something nice. Wouldn’t spend more than 300K on it. Then i’d buy a new Mercedes because my old Mercedes is…well, old. XD I’d adopt another dog or two from the shelter (i’d adopt them all if i could, lol). I’d donate some to my favorite charities. I’d take that trip around Europe and to Antarctica i’m intending to go on someday. And i guess i’d invest/bank the rest until i figured out something else better to do with it.
Morgan - Save it. I know. I’m boring. But most of it would go to taxes anyway.. so whatever.
Alyssa - I would put away enough for me to go to college, and then use the rest to rebuild our house, it needs work
Pasqui - Assuming we’re talking about USD, that would make roughly 700,000 EUR at the moment. That would just not be enough to live of the interests from it, so I would probably look to invest half of it wisely to up the amount. Preferable in things that also help the environment, like organic foods, etc. Would never invest in something that helps destroying the planet.
Princess Sammy - Probably help my mom out with some bills and then use what is left to take her on vacation.
Sarah - Keep it in the bank x__x I need three year’s worth of uni fees right now, which is roughly 5k a year. It would definitely help relieve both me and my parents
Shara - Pay the church their tithes first, then I would pay my house off because it is Shawnas and buy both my boys a home and then build me and my husband a log cabin out in the country and then buy my husband and I and all three kids a new vehicle. Then I would open a savings for my new grand daughter and then put the rest in the bank for a rainy day.
Cook Michael - First of all I would buy a house, as I need a long term investment in my life
Then I would take my girlfriend on holiday to somewhere we could just relax away from work.
With what I had left, I would buy my parents a house, as we currently just rent, and I would buy myself a better new car, and save the rest

Megg - So many to choose from! From my own history, I would love to go on the cruise that my family did last year. It was so much fun being with my sister and folks. From real history, I would like to see the first moon landing. I wouldn’t mind going back to the old west to see what that was like as well.
Nerkie Ven - I want to relive the time that me and best guy friend Flem and I went to Target and rode the bikes around the store.
Celeamage Misty - Oh I would love to see the medevil timeframe because I love the idea of princess and princes, I also want to see the stone circle! If I could I would also want to see the egyptain times so I could earn to read and speck there langue as well as I could find out about there gods and goddess. eppp I could go on and on..
Mathilda - Wow, that’s a tough one! I think it would have been really exciting to be around for the first moon landing. Going back a little further, i would have liked to have seen dinosaurs roaming the Earth.
Awesome Amy - If I relived ANY moment in history I’d go back to the dinosaur ages, that way, I could clear speculations about how dinosaurs really were killed of and I’d be able to see the beats with my own eyes! =)

Morgan - During the Civil Rights movement of the 60s. I want to see Martin Luther King Jr give a speech.
Cook Michael - For a big moment in history, I would love to have been at the 1973 cup final between Sunderland and Leeds. It’s the last time Sunderland won a domestic trophy, and it was one of the biggest upsets of all time. It is still spoken about today, and following the sad death of one of the players recently, I just feel it would be a moment I would love to have seen.
Alyssa - In my own history? Oh goodness.. I’m not sure. I would have to put a lot of thought into that question, that would be an amazing opprotunity.
In history of the world..? Again, I have no idea. Those would both be incredible, once-in-a-lifetime things, and nothing terribly significant has happened in my life yet, I’m not old enough to be able to like, relive the day I met my future spouse, or the day I get married, or had my first kid or anything like that.
Pasqui - Nothing in the past really interests me, and I assume the future isn’t history yet so I can’t say "the year 3000!"… if I really have to choose something in the past, then probably the age of the earliest civilisations.
Princess Sammy - I always really thought the 1800’s were kind of cool…besides it was when the US was still really young so I could have helped shape our future

Pasqui - Immunity. In other words this means not being able to get sick, nor to die of old age. A bullet would still kill me, as would a fall of a cliff. Invincibility is the opposite; you will die of old age but not of anything else. But that one doesn’t interest me as much as immunity.

Poetess Jen Hen - Mine is Elijah Wood. Hands down. I’ve had a bit (or more) of a celebrity crush on him since I was about 11. But I’ve grown to really respect his work. Plus, we were born in the same town so that’s kind of cool. I’m also a big fan of Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom. I’ve liked just about every movie they have ever done.
Mathilda - Favorite Actor: Till Lindemann. He’s my favorite everything. XD He’s best known as a singer but he has acted too. I also like Harrison Ford, David Duchovny, and Ethan Phillips (he played Neelix on Star Trek Voyager; i met him at a convention and he seemed like a really cool guy).

Megg - Too many to list… used to go to so many concerts when I first moved to Sydney. I saw Goldfinger a few years ago when they played their first Australian concerts (erm make that 10 years ago) and met the band afterwards. I’ve got photos around somewhere, I really need to look for them. I met them again in 2004 (I think). Another fab concert, they go off live! My most disappointing concert was Blink 182, they’re not so good live, IMHO. Scariest concert moment was falling over in the moshpit at Garbage, my goodness.

Alyssa - I have been to a few Dave Matthews Band concerts, the most recent one I went to (back in August) was my favourite, they had a really good playlist that night. I am going to a Fall Out Boy concert though really soon (as part of their ‘Where the Wild Things Are’ tour) which I am uber psyched about.

Which sports do you guys and girls enjoy playing? - Cook Michael
Dane - I *enjoy* playing sports. I just stink at them. Horribly. But mostly horseback riding. Which I do a lot. And fairly well.
Cook Michael - I enjoy playing badminton, football (English football, not the American pansy rugby ), and when I was younger I used to play pretty much everything including tennis, rugby, athletics, basketball and trampolining.
At school I always tended to be a jack of all trades, but never a master. It used to bother me at times, but when I look back it just shows that I was good at most sports, which meant that I could participate in whatever came up.
Samy - Favorite sport, huh? I’m sure computer gaming can count as a sport. *shifty eyes*
Well, I mostly play what my friends enjoy playing, so I don’t really have any favorites. I have a good friend who likes playing basketball, so I often play with him, although I don’t say no to football/soccer and badminton, either. Those three are fun games.
Poetess Jen Hen - I’m super uncoordinated. The way that cook and Dane have been talking about badminton pretty much sums up my athletic ability. Although, I do like playing football (that’s the "pansy American rugby version" to cook), because that’s the one sport when it’s ok that you run into people and knock them over.
Mathilda - Downhill skiing and swimming. I like racquet sports too but i have a hard time playing them, as i don’t know anyone else who likes them. I tried to get my husband to play tennis once; that was a disaster. He got so frustrated and mad he hit the ball way over the fence and into the woods, and that was it for tennis. XD I also play basketball with my son, which is kinda fun, but i’m not that great at it.
Morgan - I love running cross country. Track’s alright too, just not as fun. I play basketball in the winter. And I guess soccer’s alright anymore, but more of a just-for-fun on my down time thing. I’m a very athletic person, so any sport is fun to play. I still hang out with the guys and play sports with them. The only sport that they can make fun of me about is softball/baseball, because I can’t hit a ball with a bat. I have to use my hands, not a stupid bat to do something. Which is probably why I’m not the greatest at tennis/badminton as well.
Alyssa - I really enjoy running, sO I run cross country, indoor track, and track and field competitvely, and that takes up all three sport seasons at out school. If I have extra time, I like playing street hockey or ice skating, but not compettively, just for fun. Football is good too, as is basketball, but I don’t play either of those on a team either.
Pasqui - Ha! Scrabble! …what, not a sport you say? How dare you! Seriously though, to me, Scrabble is a sport, and there’s not a single other sport I enjoy more. But if I have to name a physical sport, then cycling it is.
Princess Sammy - I play softball and volleyball, but I am also really into roller skating.
Trinity Tusaani - Figure skating (yes- it is a sport) and Badminton.
Shara - I only play horseshoes and badminton.

What what do YOU think the new Paint Brush will/should be? - Mathilda
Mathilda - I was thinking a Neovian PB is a possibility, something like all those unwearable clothes at Prigpants, that would be cool. (Although the fact that the Krawk already HAS Neovian clothes might kind of mess that up.) And considering the time of year, something Neovian/HW-ish would be appropriate. I’d also like to see something more "battledome-ish," like a Gladiator PB or something. That would be coolness.
Ninja Namine - well, the answere is obvious really, A NINJA PAINT BRUSH!!! but not a shenkuu warrior one(yuch!) like black ourfit, face mast, shuriken, stuff like that!
Megg - I wanna Shenkuuuuu PB *whines* Or an Altador PB, I’ve always wanted to paint my Florin just like the real Florin, heehee.
Poetess Jen Hen - An Altador paintbrush would be cool, complete with Togas and things. Either that or some sort of outer space/galactic thing. Or they could’ve finally answered the numerous messages that my chatgroup

Morgan - I like the chicken paint brush idea. They could even have the pets evolve from an egg (when you first paint them) to a full-fledged chicken after a few days/weeks. Hehe.
Pasqui - At this moment we know the new Paint Brush was the Zombie Paint Brush, but since there will always be more new Paint Brushes I can still answer this one. I am hoping TNT will make an Old Age Paint Brush, opposite of the Baby Paint Brush. And of course as the Royal Paint Brush it would be different for male and female. With Customisation, this would allow us another bunch of clothes (and beards! xD).
Princess Sammy - I think there should be a superhero paintbrush. You know so your lupe could look like the one from the Defenders of Neopia.

Hummer Jeannie - To scare me, its earthquakes and snakes. And they are not more scared of me as they never jump on something high and scream!
Mathilda - What scares me in real life is spiderwebs (not spiders, just webs…i don’t know why either), and public speaking/job interviews/etc, that kind of thing. People scare me, lol.
Samy - Huge, winged insects. They freak me out, they annoy me, and they are hard like heck to hit. X(
Poetess Jen Hen - How much time do you have? Currently, we have one of Jenny’s mice living in our kitchen (I refuse to acknowledge the idea that there might be more than one), and I am terrified to even enter the room. I also fear many insects, primarily ones with stingers. I’ve never been stung, so I’ve convinced myself that I’m probably allergic, because I have an overactive imagination.
Alyssa - Cars; big cities; people; crowded, compact places; loud noises; people coming up behind me… I like simplicity and silence.
Dane - Ummm…water. It sounds weird, but it’s true. Not water like to drink. That’s silly. (You know you were thinking that.) Just deep water. Or water you can’t see the bottom of. Like the ocean. I rarely ever go in past my knees, if I can’t see the bottom. I don’t go in lakes period. Dunno why. They just freak me out. I don’t mind pools though. They don’t bother me at all. I hate boats too. The rocking’s fine, but when I think about how deep the water is/what’s IN the water… *shudder*

Hummer Jeannie - I’m taking more action figures, including x-men ones, to work for my desk. All the strong, kicking attitude women per se. Joining my Anna Valerous and Elektra figures.
Mathilda - Back when i had a good job and my own cubicle (lol), i had part of my rock collection, random little figurines like Star Wars characters, and lots of plants on my desk. I decorated the walls with pictures of airplanes, spacecraft and military vehicles and some of my drawings.
I didn’t think to answer that desk question about my desk at home. Right now it’s mostly covered by computer peripherals (huuuge printer, huge speakers, power backup, etc), a lava lamp, a plastic goat and sheep, some batteries, some hex nuts, a pretty little carved box made in India full of assorted whatnots and an incense holder.
Megg - At home, it’s a bit of a mess, keys, phone, jewellery, headphones, paper, Billingsly (my cute little toy from Jenny, squeee). At work my desk is clean as… I just have a Kacheek plushie, elephant (not Elephante) toy, elephant statue, and some other stuff that I can’t remember.

I have an "L" shaped desk with 2 computers,monitors, a scanner, printer,copier(all in one), TONS and tons of papers, mail, memos, cds,tons of nic nacks,phone, cell phones complete with chargers, plant, pens, pencils, sissiors, floppy diskets, the tv remote, air conditioner remote, advil, hubbies star trek enterprise figurine, headphones, mouse,mouse pads, water bottle, spray waterbottle (to spray the cats when they do things they arent suposed to do!! At home, my desk has random pens, hairties, books, binders, candy, tissues, CDs, waterbottles (3 empty, one full), candy wrappers, a calculator, and a bunch of random stuff you don’t have time to read. Right now on this computer table, there is printer with paper, a monitor, a keyboard, mouse, AC adaptor which makes my wireless mouse and keyboard work, two speakers, a bass increaser, a hairtie, my Ipod, a cable for my camera, and a cable for my Ipod.
Awesome Amy - I have a lot of things, a ton of photos which you said not to mention but anyway. I also have things like posters and little sticky notes with reminders of what I have to do. That kind of stuff!

Mathilda - Mine’s the Tale of Woe, even though the Ghost paint brush prizes did make my 400k-NP Ghost Gelert worth 100k. XP
Jenny - I think I liked the Tale of Woe plot too, maybe because it was the first one I had to help Rick’s son with and he was so excited about it. I’ve been trying to help him with the Altador plot too, but we’re at the point where you have to get the bandage from the mummified thingy, and the bandage doesn’t show up for some reason.
Poetess Jen Hen - Well, if the Altador Cup counts as a plot, the first AC was my favorite plot. I met a lot of great people and really bonded with my team. Plus, it was fun to have time between matches to taunt your rivals and that kind of thing. If it doesn’t count, then I’ll go with the crowd and say the TOW. It was the first real plot that I did all the way through. It was fun. I love puzzles and things.
Hummer Jeannie - My first plot was the Meridell war and I had no idea what was going on other than weapons were fabulous sellers in my neostore. Still stock weapons today.
Ninja Namine - ive only been around for 1 plot and thats the altidor one. i never compleated it though, i dont have the attention span. i wish i had joined earlier though, i wanted to do the grey faeire one
Samy - Well, it’s kind of obvious, just look at my avatar, it’s the Meridell vs Darigan plot. XD First plot I’ve ever participated in if I’m not mistaken, I missed the Tyrannian one…
Alyssa - Ummm…well let’s see, I’ve been around for a few… Hannah VS Pirates was terrible, plus I didn’t understand what the heck was going on…Maraqua was sweet, I made my first million then (which was uber cool) selling those books (thanks to Golden_abacus who told me to sell them) The Lost Desert Plot was cool, I wish I had been older when it happened, would have been able to understand it better, and perhaps have gotten the avie… Altador was alright, they shouldn’t have kept it open, wasn’t fair to everyone who finished on time. I liked the Haunted Woods Plot, that was cute, and fun even though I didn’t finish I think I still got alright prizes, I can’t remember. The Lost Island Plot was terrible, I was terrible at it, and I got no prizes, *tear*
Dane - I really liked the Lost Desert plot (as in the activites). But of course, I was really young when it happened. I wish I had been a little older. Then maybe I would have gotten a few better prizes. Story wise, I liked the Tale of Woe. That had a pretty good stroy to go along with it.
Wise Christine - the only plot i participated in was the darkest faerie/altador one whatever it is called. you know the one where you had to plot the constilations. i am looking forward to the next one though.
Morgan - Well, it’s not really a plot, but my favorite is the Altador Cup. Who DOESN’T love the AC?
Pasqui - My favourite plot so far was the last Lost Desert plot for sure! It was the plot with the most puzzles, and I adore those the mosts… too bad I’m one of a kind, and know that hardly anyone else likes those kind of plots.
Princess Sammy - I like the one with the constellations, because I don’t always come on Neopets everyday, and I was able to finish that one when I had time.
Sarah - Need you ask?! LOST DESERT of course! It was long, puzzling, it had a bit of everything, it had the whole of Neopia driven nuts, laughing, working together, hauling blocks together - that was one plot that brought people, regardless of what background they were from, much like the grave-diggin in the ToW Plot. LDP was probably the last plot that handed out decent prizes as well.
Shara - I am enjoying the Altador plot. Although I am not finished. That is why I said I am enjoying it. By the way thank you for explaining how to get a screen shot of your pet. I did not know.

Jenny - my first avatar was the Wheel of Excitement one. I had no clue what it was for, went to my inventory, and of course it wasn’t there. Then tried to figure out how to put it in my shop … I was a rather silly chook back then lol
Cook Michael - I think it was the Dr Sloth one, which some people still don’t have! Just got lucky with that I guess.
Ninja Namine - my first avatar on this account was the goldy one. i got it on accedent though.

Samy - My first avatar is the Darigan Darkling (the one which I use), lol. I got it before I realized the existence of avatars in Neopets (I quited temporarily before avatars came out and joined only after they were introduced). I just went into my User Lookup, and there it is, waiting for me! Haha.

Dane - The Soup Faerie one. When I started playing Neo, I was like ten. And had no idea what I was doing what-so-ever. So I was quite friendly with the Soup Faerie seeing as I used to think that 2000 nps was a "fortune". XD
Wise Christine - jhudoras cloud back when i didn’t even know that avatars existed and before i became addicted to getting them.
Pasqui - My first avatar on this account was Whack-A-Kass. I wasn’t at all intending to collect avatars back then, and didn’t even bother to get the clickable ones. I just was more into games then and got a good enough score at that to get the avatar. It probably isn’t a surprise that my first 5 avatars were game ones. xD (the one I use constantly is my 4th avatar)
Morgan - The Soup Faerie one. I knew what it was, but I didn’t try to get it. I was just getting some food for my pets. That was back when I didn’t know how to earn Neopoints, so I had to go to her to get my pets fed.

Pacific Julie - If I were neopet I would be an island jubjub or island kougra. IT’s hard to decide for sure. I would spend my days on the beach eating tigersquash and reading my favorite books. My petpet would be an island hasee and her name would be Lola. Lola would have a mootix as a companion.
Samy - Hmmm… I guess I would be a Scorchio. Colour? *thinks* Maybe Fire, haha. I’d want to be a Battledome pet.
Megg - I’d love to be a Pirate Aisha I think. A Scallycat *meow* I’d go roaming on the seven seas (does Neopia have seven seas?) and find treasure. That sounds like an adventure. Does anyone want to join me? Otherwise I would have to be some kind of Island pet, not sure which species though. I’d live on Mystery Island and go to the beach every day.
Poetess Jen Hen - I’d be some sort of grundo for sure. Probably a faerie one. They are my favorite and I really love astronomy and space and that kind of thing. I’d be a bookworm too. There are so many books that I’ve stumbled across in Neopia that sound interesting and I wish I could actually read. As for my petpet, I’d either have a peadackle or a bloopy. I really love the bloopys because they remind me of what I envision a crumple-horned snorkack looks like. (The first person to identify the reference gets a cookie!)
Jenny - I’d be an Alien Aisha … extra ears and a cool outfit, what more could you ask for?
Mathilda - which pet would i be, hm, i’m having a tough time deciding…but i guess either a Mutant Jetsam, a Maraquan Acara, or a Darigan Grundo. Or maybe a Mutant Korbat. Or a Werelupe. Erghh i hate decisions! =X I guess it would really be up to my owner anyway, huh? Well i’d want to be a well-rounded pet, i’d want to be painted of course, and have some nice clothes, and respectable BD stats but i wouldn’t need to be super tough. I’d read lots of books. And i’d want to live in the Tyrannian Volcano Lair background and have two petpets: a Darigan Babaa and a Mutant Zomutt. Yes i demand TWO, dangit.
Hummer Jeannie - If I were a neopet, something with wings like an Eyrie. Be able to get out and soar as needed. Walking and running are too sweaty and take too long and at the end you have to turn around and go back!

Megg - Me, me, me! I wish the books were cheaper though. I did pretty well for myself, 500 points from 100 games of Slushie Slinger. Considering I was awful at Yooyuball, I didn’t expect to get that many points.
Poetess Jen Hen - The cup prizes are ok. I think I liked last year’s better though, and wonder how TNT got around re-releasing some ‘retired’ prizes. I wish they would’ve just made the old yooyus paintable rather than releasing Darigan ones. I was also hoping for some sort of Kreludor themed prize, even though they weren’t in the tourny. I do, however, really love the slushie slinger drinking caps (although I can’t afford them). I like to pretend that I gave TNT the idea for them, since I mentioned that kind of hat as a possible souvenir for next year in a Neopian Times article I wrote. Sorry, this was a super long answer…
Jenny Lynn - I don’t really mind the prizes, I mean I would LOVE to have a yooyu, but I am not happy with the trophy situation. I understand that my team sucks, so I didn’t get one of those trophies, but I wouldn’t want one if I didn’t earn it anyway. I just know that I’ve done a lot more than many many people with better trophies(I know I pale in comparison to the great Mathilda), so as everyone else is saying I’m glad you can click on my measly ole medal and see my hard work.
Samy - Meh, don’t really like the prizes. I would have prefered a Battledome weapon, and note, one with at least more than six icons. -_-

Samy - If in a normal battle, the pirates would win, no doubt. But if in outer space, obviously the ninjas. Ninjas wear black, so they camouflage against the black space and thus the pirates can’t see them. D: A rigged and unfair battle, if I dare say so myself.
Poetess Jen Hen - As for the pirates/ninja question, I have to agree with Sammy. Due to the black attire of ninja’s they would have an unfair advantage in space and would probably win. Then again, ninja’s might have a hard time doing some of their ninja moves in low gravity…

Mathilda - I think pirates would do better in space…they’re more experienced at running a ship, so they’d probably manage a starship better too. All those fancy ninja moves don’t do you much good in the zero-gravity vacuum of space, especially when you have space pirates firing photon torpedoes (in lieu of cannonballs, of course) at you.
Sarah - I’m afraid it would probably have to be ninjas since I think all that piratey gear (such as cannons, cutlasses, etc.) won’t work towards the pirates’ favour in zero gravity…

Jenny - If you won 10 million NP, what would you buy? – Oh my … 10 million NP? Um, I’d probably get some more lovely Petpetpets for my gallery, and probably a bunch of dragony stuffs, and froggy stuffs that are really aspensive.
Pacific Julie - If I won 10 million NP I would buy everything Mystery Island! The items I really want for my gallery are a Rorru plushie and an Island Mystic Plushie. I also want to buy all the retired mystery island fruits. But first I would do the happy dance because I would have the Adam Avatar!
Wise Christine - if i had 10 mil in neopets i would buy a couple of things out of the hidden tower, and some to the rare usukis and gnomes. i guess i wouldn’t have much after that now would i.
Cook - Hmmm. I’d attempt to complete my hot dog gallery for a start. Or I could be tempted to invest in a lot of shares. Oooh and I would buy some nerkmids. Love using those. I’d also donate some of the Neopoints to people I know, which isn’t many

Sarah - A ring of the lost and the last plot books I need for my gallery, and and and all the LDP prizes I’m still missing… I think that’s just the foreman plushie actually aside from the ring and the books o_O;; But that will be expensive

If you could be any animal, what would you be and why? - Megg
Starry Chris - I’d so be a Dolphin, then i can get rid up being linear and insteda go up and down aswell. I could be a bird, but they seem to have a high mortality rate (How many deceased birds do you see in relation to dolphins, or do we just never see dolphins cause they sink? Hmmm, too many questions)
Tusaani Trinity - Let’s see if I could be any animal it would be a unicorn… you didn’t say they really had to exist!
Samy - That’s difficult, lol. I’ll get rid of cows, pigs, chickens and fishes because they are the most likely to become beef, pork, lunch and dinner respectively. *shifty eyes*
Maybe a horse or a dragon, lol, those are my favorite animals. Horses can run very fast on the plains, which is cool. Dragons can fly, breathe fire and are strong, which is cool too.

Shma Britt - I would be a…umm…ok I have no idea. There’s just so many positives to certain animals and there’s also a ton of negatives as well (most of them ending in being food) Wait! I’ll be a skunk! I’d be a skunk because I’d always be known when I was around, no one would ever eat me. And If I got into something really stinky, it wouldn’t matter because I already smell!
Hummer Jean - As for an animal, I would be a bull elephant. Once I make up my mind, I go straight thru. Not always in the negative sense either.
Alyssa - I would be a butterfly because I would like to be able to fly, and they’re purty, and they strike me as very symbolic. ^^
Wise Christine - my dog because he is way spoiled. seriously he needs a job. i just spent $60 on dog food today. mooch. love him though.
Morgan - A horse, so I could gallop around and feel the breeze blowing past my face. It’d be like I was running, all the time. Which would be amazing.
