Have you been naughty or nice this year? It’s the month of giving and we’re giving away some great holiday treats for our active Guild members. At a random time each day nBnGallery will but up some goodies at the Trading Post, all you have to do is bid an item (like a Tombola item) on the trade. Good luck and enjoy your goodies! The Advent Calendar will conclude on December 25th.

To make it fair, you can only receive an Advent Calendar gift every second day. You must have more than 20 posts to be eligible and have made a post on the Guild board during the week.

It’s that time of year again when the spirit of giving is all around… why not spread some holiday cheer and participate in the nBn Guild Secret Quiguki? It’s like a Secret Santa or Kris Kringle but with a Neopian theme. All you have to do is submit your username to our Secret Quiguki and make sure you tell us which category you would like to join up with. You may write up a brief wishlist if you want. You will then receive another Guild member’s name and you will buy some gifts for them. Once you’ve got the gifts, send them over to our Secret Quiguki and they will distribute the gifts on Christmas Eve. Follow the directions below…

1. Submit your name
Send in your username and what category you would like to participate in. We have two categories for you to choose from:

Snowball - gifts must be 5,000 NP in total
Snowflake - gifts must be 10,000 NP in total

If you would like to submit a wishlist, enter the what you would like to receive in the wishlist field. Your wishlist can be as general as you want (i.e. Faerie) or very specific (i.e. Fire Faerie). Just remember that items on your wishlist must not be more than the price of which category you have entered.

You have until 11.59pm Saturday 9th December NST to get your name and suggestion list in.

 

2. Who did you get?
Our Quiguki will then NeoMail you back with a Guild members name for whom you have to purchase a gift for and their suggestion list, if they have submitted one.

Don’t fret if your person has not submitted a suggestion list. Be creative, check out their gallery and see if they collect anything.

Make sure you are able to receive NeoMail, if you can’t receive NeoMail, you won’t be able to participate in Secret Quiguki.

You will be NeoMailed on Tuesday 12th December NST with the Guild members name.

 

3. Buy the gifts
Your task is now to purchase an item/s for the Guild member.

The total purchase price must not exceed 5,000 NeoPoints, if you have chosen the Snowball option. The total purchase price must not exceed 10,000 NeoPoints, if you have chosen the Snowflake option. If the gift does not cost more than the category price you have entered, then purchase some fun stocking stuffers.

 

4. Send the gifts
After you have purchased the gifts, you now must send them to nBnGallery. Do NOT send your gifts to the Guild member that you have received - it’s supposed to be a secret!!!

You must also NeoMail nBnGallery stating who the gifts are for and what gifts you have sent over (e.g.) My gifts - Fire Faerie and Cobrall. They are for nbngallery.

The reason why we ask you to send the gifts to nBnGallery is so we can keep it a surprise as to whom is buying gifts for whom.

If we have not received your gifts by the below date, you won’t be able to participate in Secret Quiguki.

You have until 11.59pm Saturday 23rd December NST to send the gifts.

 

5. Receiving the gifts
On Sunday 24th December NST our Secret Quiguki will distribute the gifts among the Guild members. Please ensure that we are able to send your gifts by clearing out your inventory.

You must have posted 20 messages on the board with your current account to be able to participate.

Snowball fight! We have a Spiky Snowball that will be thrown at Guild members for the month of December. The Spiky Snowball will start off from the nBnGallery account and then sent to a random Guild member. When a Guild member gets the Spiky Snowball they have to then throw it to another Guild member and so on. Once you receive the Spiky Snowball, make sure you fill out the below form with your username along with the username of the Guild member who you send the Spiky Snowball to. You can find a list of Guild members here. Try to throw the Spiky Snowball at Guild members who are active, check the Guild board to see who has posted during the week.

I don’t think it’s very nice to label people, so I am not going to participate in this event. It’s totally biased, but just so you know, I’m Nice And Ultimately Good-Hearted, Thank You.
So what if someone covered Jenny up with everyone’s coats when she was napping on the sofa and then ate all the cookies? That could’ve been a freak accident.
Who cares if a few people are left out of my oh so timely replies? At least I do replies. What does it matter if I ‘forgot’ to help GossamerWing and Losgann last year when they were putting the Christmas decorations up? It’ll all get straightened out. I promise Arctic_Wonder_ wanted to have her mane blow dried, we just didn’t realize about the snow and all.
I don’t know anything about missing cheese, so don’t even ask. I know what you’re thinking, that wasn’t me. Who ever said we couldn’t have races? Okay, so maybe highflyer2014 and I should’ve told Euphorbia that part of the race was flying UNDER water. She can swim . . .kinda.
It really isn’t my fault that TNT believed that Maxi and Cariedi were twins, I mean come on, they should’ve known better than that, but what do you know Maxi is still a Zafara. Oops. So, I like to have fun. I don’t that should count against me and label me as something I’m really not. Anyway, I still say that I’m Nice And Ultimately Good-Hearted, Thank You.

Oh come on. How can you say that I have been Naughty?
I did was give Alyssa (I think it was her) about the same amount of Neopoints so she can get her Adam Avatar, then buy a gift for someone.
*IF I GET ON THE NICE LIST, I WILL DONANT 10k TOWARDS THE GUILD*
And once again, I was saving up for a Krawk. Then I was giving out small amounts of Neopoints from then on to people who need them. I gave away about 1 mill Neopoints (if you include people outside the guild). What’s more, I said nothing, I didn’t even ask for my Neopoints back. If I wasn’t so kind, I would have my Krawk.

But now I have given up on it and now saving up for a Lab Map. Another kind thing I did was reply kindly to everyone I replied to. I offered help to many people and also if you ask anyone, I accept people opinions and I don’t bribe people into doing stuff. And even if I do bribe, it’s usuasly for something that may benefit them later on. Or even benift them right away.

In my defence I didn’t know until recently I could get to Altador another way, and I have been busy at work and when I come home I just want to chill out and play Neopets. Each chicken who plays will start out with ten points. There will be three rounds and you will pick a number from 1 to 4 in each round. At the end of the round, the numbers will randomly correspond to a Christmas Tree Decoration which can earn you extra points, take points away or give you no points.

  • If you pick the number that corresponds to the Chocoball Decoration you won’t lose or gain any points.
  • If you pick the number that corresponds to the Chocolate Star Decoration, you win 4 points.
  • If you pick the number that corresponds to the Chocolate Tree Decoration, you win 2 points.
  • If you pick the number that corresponds to the Tiki Christmas Decoration, you lose 3 points.

The numbers will NOT have the same Christmas Tree Decoration each round, so choose wisely!
