Guild Updates

Unfortunately, I’m going to end 2009 on a sad note, I’ve come to a decision to close nBn and the Guild early in the new year. The decision hasn’t been made overnight and it’s taken me some time to realise this is the right thing to do. For the past month or so, I’ve not been playing Neopets all that often. I’ve been on Neopets for over 9 years now and have been running nBn for almost as long, just shy of 9 years. nBn and the Guild are a huge part of my life, it’s pretty much who I am and who I have been for almost a decade. But I am struggling to keep things updated both on the site and with the Guild and that stems from not being that interested in playing Neopets right now. There aren’t enough hours in the day for me to update nBn, as I’m pretty much the only person working on the site, therefore I struggle with updating for the Guild. And that’s not fair for you chooks.

I’ve had nothing but good times running the Guild, you chooks bring me laughter, smiles and fantastic times. Thank you for all the happiness you chooks give me, that truly comes from the bottom of my heart. I’ve made some wonderful friends here and I treasure you, you bring a ray of sunshine into my life. I hope I was able to do the same, even just a little bit. So I am sad and very sorry to be closing down the Guild, I hope you can understand my choice. Thank you chooks, you’re all wonderful. I’ve no set date for when the site and Guild will be closing.
