We’ve had some positive feedback from astrogrilledveggie saying our guide has been really helpful, thanks so much! Well done to bewitched_faeries she has beaten Abigail 15 times and AAA 3 times so far. Thanks to drakeandrewlauren who picked up on our mistake with the Faerie Bubbles score yesterday, it should be 150 points. Only 13 more games to play, we’re almost there.
We’re at the half way point now. Can you keep going? Only 16 more days to go!
Good luck to ratcatlover_3_3_3, she’s beaten Abigail every day so far. How are you doing? What game are you hoping will come up in the Challenge? Who do you think is behind this evil plot? Could it be Sloth or is he too busy trying to take over Neopia again?
WeCould Abigail be trying to tell us something? Find out in the newly posted Neovision video. Also chapter two of the story has been updated as well.
We’re a third of the way through the month… how are you going with your Daily Dare challenges? Let us know by using the form below! Good luck for the rest of the month!

AAA’s Score: Maraquan Shoyru Bubble Blower |
![]() |
Abigail’s Score: Maraquan Munch Cereal |
You’re Kelby, a Maraquan Shoyru, and it’s your task to save the Maraquan JubJubs who are falling down. You save them by capturing them into bubbles you blow. To blow the bubbles you have to click and hold your left mouse button. A column of small bubbles will appear above you and gets taller. Release the mouse button, and you will blow your big bubble towards the highest small bubble was.
You can move left and right whenever you want, by going left or right with your mouse. Kelby will stay where your mouse cursor is.
Next to the JubJubs there will also be Dubloons and shells falling down. You can capture those as well with your bubbles, but those aren’t necessary. If you fail capturing a JubJub however, you will lose a life. And if an uncaptured shell falls on you, you will be unconscious for a few seconds.
Capturing a JubJub gets you 10 points, a shell is good for 5 points and a Dubloon is worth 25 points.
Tips: 1. Keep your mouse cursor high. Somewhere around the height of the top of the highest house is good. This way you’ll be able to focus more on the JubJubs than on the Shoyru. The Shoyru will move towards the vertical line of where your cursor is anyhow, whether your cursor is at the bottom or the top.
2. First head to where the JubJub is and only then start to blow a bubble. You can start a bit earlier, but not too much as once you’re at the JubJub, your bubble might go too high then.
3. When blowing a bubble, release the mouse button when a small bubble just reached the JubJub. Once you’ve reached 1,000 points, you might want to release your mouse button a little bit earlier from then on.
4. After you blew a bubble, immediately head to the next JubJub, and if there is none yet, head to the centre of the screen. If you don’t do this and stay at one side, and then a JubJub appears at the other side, you will most likely be too late, while if you’re at the centre, you can head any direction again and be in time.
5. If you’re at one side and a JubJub appears at the other side, and you’re sure you can’t make it in time, then don’t go for it and head to the centre waiting for the next JubJub. If you don’t do this you might lose two lives in stead of one, because if you go after that JubJub and then one appears on the side you first was, you won’t make it in time again to get that one.
6. Always go for the JubJubs first, then the shells and lastly the Dubloons. Especially when a shell or Dubloon is on the outer left or outer right, then ignore them. It’s better to catch all the shells, since if one hits you, you’re almost always doomed to miss a JubJub and lose a life then. The Dubloons are far from important. They’re worth 25 points and that’s really nice, but if you miss a JubJub to catch a Dubloon, then those 25 points just made you lose a life that could have gotten you a lot more points. - Pasqui_q

Abigail’s Score: Gummy Dice Blumaroo Cards |
delightful - Changes current dice into morph dice.
explode - Changes current dice into bomb dice.
gummydice - Changes current dice into different coloured dice.
Roo Island is under attack by gummy dice! It’s your job to get rid of them, but they only disappear if five or more of the same flavour are combined.
You start each level with a few gummy dice that are already on the ground. The higher the levels, the more you start with. Then you get shapes of up to five gummy dice to place on or next to the other dice. With the "A" and the "S" keys you can rotate them, and with the spacebar you drop them. Try to place these dice so that you make combos of five or more dice of the same flavour, so they get cleared. The dice need to touch each other on the sides or need to be stacked on each other or a combination of this, to have them as a combo. The level is finished once you’ve cleared enough dice.
Next to the normal flavours, there are also four special dice. A bomb die will clear all the dice stacked under it. A rainbow die will have one of the normal flavours as base colour (you can see which, as the top of the die will have that colour), and it will change all the dice under it and itself into that flavour. A rock die doesn’t do anything, but can’t be cleared like the normal flavours. You need a bomb die to destroy it, or a rainbow die to change it into a normal flavour. The fourth special die is one that changes flavour before it gets dropped. Just wait until it becomes the flavour you want to drop it.
The first five levels are introduction levels. In the first level you start with only three flavours and no special dice. In the second level they start adding a die on the ground after each shape you place. The third level introduces you to the bomb dice and one more flavour. The fourth level introduces you to the rainbow dice and rock dice. And the fifth level introduces you to the flavour changer. In level six and up you will have all five flavours.
Tips: 1. In the first eight levels you don’t have to worry about time. You can easily leave the game open and continue playing an hour later and nothing will have changed. But starting at level nine, every few seconds a die will get added on the ground if you don’t place the shape fast enough. As long as you place the shapes in time, they won’t add any extra dice next to the ones they add after each shape you place.
2. Don’t let a column get too big. Once a column is eight dice big, it is game over. Best is to not let them get bigger than six dice. Once it is seven dice big you’re at a risk, since they keep adding a die every time you drop a shape, and if that happens to be on the column of seven, then you’re dead.
3. Don’t use the rainbow and bomb dice to clear rock dice. You will keep getting rock dice anyhow, and it’s better to spend those rainbow and bomb dice on the bigger columns. Of course, if you have a big column with mainly rock dice, then those are preferred to get cleared.
4. The bigger the combos, the more points you get. A combo of five or six dice will get you five or six points. But a combo of seven dice already gets you eight points. And a combo of ten dice is worth 14 points. There are bigger combos possible, and they give even more points.
5. If you can clear two groups of dice with placing only one shape, then the second group of dice will be worth double points. If you can clear even more groups with only one shape, then those will be worth three times the normal points, then four times, and so on.
6. The view can sometimes be tricky. Don’t place a shape too fast, as it may land somewhere else than where you wanted it. There’s a rooster on the sides, and the shadows on it show where your shape is, use that to help locate where you’re placing it.
7. There’s one secret special die, the TPOSG die, which is an orange die with the face of TPOSG on it. This die will clear all the dice surrounded by it. It appears rarely, but can be very useful. It’s best to place it where most of the dice are. - Pasqui_q

To me the best way to play it is to go by colour. First finding all the Kikos with the blue background, then red, then yellow and then green (or in a different order, as long as you go colour by colour). Just don’t even try to remember any of the other ones until you finished with the colour you’re busy with. - Pasqui
AAA’s Score: Ednas Shadow Background |
![]() |
Abigail’s Score: Ednas Cookie |
Objective: Collect all the ingredients and have Edna and her shadow touch it at the same time.
The hard part: getting both of them to touch it. Firstly, arrow keys to move and space bar to shoot. Later in the game press D to scroll down and E to scroll up. When monsters touch you or your shadow it will remain trapped until Edna comes and frees it. Until then you and your shadow won’t be able to collect ingredients, so don’t let any of them get trapped! Starting at level 3 items will appear.
Pocket Watch: adds time. This is the best item and will often save you and give you extra time bonus.
Swirly Potion: Reverses Edna’s direction. Beginners should avoid this potion in case you are not used to the controls. A good player can get this and just treat Edna as her shadow. As this doesn’t add points you should ignore this item.
The Green Orb: Freezes all enemies for a limited time. This doesn’t give points so you shouldn’t go out of your way for this. It will help when eliminating monsters.
Starting at level six, breakable blocks will appear. These blocks are extremely important because 1. They may contain an apple core (+5 points) 2. They help Edna and her shadow touch the cauldron at the same time sometimes. Otherwise blocks will be there from level six and above. The last level is level 14.
AAA’s Score: Itchy Invasion Background |
![]() |
Abigail’s Score: Petpetpet Crackers |
pest - Restores your Pest-B-Gone gun.
1. Per level you get up to 75 bonus points when you finish it. Per Petpetpet you miss, you’ll lose 5 bonus points. If you miss 15 Petpetpets, it’s game over. There is a way to get 150 bonus points though! When you start a level, hold the spacebar the whole time, and if you don’t miss a single Petpetpet, you won’t see the results of the level, but will get 150 bonus points! It’s possible you don’t have to hold the spacebar the whole time, but it’s the safest way to get these extra bonus points. Somehow this trick doesn’t work on the last level though. And you can’t use the pest code if you want the extra bonus points.
2. You can shoot nine times with your gun before running out of ammo. Then you have one more shot which you only can use to fill your ammo. Try to miss as less as possible, don’t miss at all if you can. You need almost all the ammo you get. When you see a green robot Petpetpet, always shoot the other Petpetpets you see first, until you have one shot left or until there aren’t any other Petpetpets seeable, and then shoot the robot Petpetpet. This is using your ammo at maximum, and you won’t even need the pest code.
3. When you see a red robot Petpetpet, don’t shoot until the next row is viewable. Then you will clear two rows of Petpetpets. If you’re good enough and dare a risk, then you can also shoot all the Petpetpets in the row of the robot one, and then wait until the next two rows appear. Right at the moment the last row appears, you must shoot the robot Petpetpet before it disappears. It is possible to do, but risky and not necessary. The only good thing about this is that sometimes you can kill more Petpetpets than needed to finish the level, and get some extra points that way.
4. When you’re nearing the end of the level, and only have a few Petpetpets left to shoot to finish it; then aim for the higher points first. You might even want to ignore a few and wait for one more row to appear and shoot those Petpetpets before the ones in the earlier row disappear.
AAA’s Score: Wicked Wocky Wobble Helmet |
![]() |
Abigail’s Score: Wicked Wocky Wobble Sandwich |
wocky - Catch the falling Buzzer for a temporary stability of your items. One time use.
Focus on balancing things, not on racing to get the next thing. It’s easy to lose balance trying to hurry to a falling item. Certain things are worth more. Try to catch only the things that are worth more. The orange fruit and the green fruit (trust me, you play once and you’ll know which fruit) will be falling the most, but they are worth only 11 each. The orange shell and the book with the tail fall the next most often and they are worth 22 each. These four are the only things that will fall until you have at least 2 things stacked up, so try for the ones worth 22. The plushies will start to fall in addition. They are worth 35 for the most part. There are also an Ixi book and Faerie plushies that fall that are worth 50. Also at this point (over two things in your hands), special items will fall from the sky. Most of these seem to be worth 111. They will most likely be a glowing purple fruit, a glowing book, or a fiery coconut.
