So you want to know how to get Neopets ‘oooh so secret’ NeoBoards avatars huh? Well then you’ve come to the right place! There are many different ways that you can get these secret avatars. They might require you to achieve a high score in a particular game, have a certain type of pet or Petpet, beat Battledome challengers, have a certain item in your inventory or just by visiting a page on the site… just to name a few.

Collect as many as you can and you might even get yourself on the NeoBoard Avatar Collector Hi-Score Table!

Unreleased Avatars

These are possible “unreleased” NeoBoard Avatars.

Yes these ARE listed as being NeoBoard Avatars and not the Neopet Buddy Icons. Some do look the same however, the Neopet Buddy Icons have URL’s of “http://images.neopets.com/images/buddy/aim…”

These all have URL’s of “http://images.neopets.com/neoboards/avatars/…”

Will they ever be released? Maybe, maybe not. Some could just be prototypes and will be changed into something different. Only the Neopets team knows for sure.

Also, regarding the Zurroball Blink Avatar, NO you cannot get it by playing Zurroball… not at this time anyway. This was confirmed to us directly by a Neopets Staff member.
