Need to know how to use the avatars on Neopets? Well help is here!
In the top navigation click on Preferences from the Board menu. This is where you can choose your Avatar as well as make all the changes for your NeoHTML.
Once there you will see five sections with the first being “Avatar” and it will look like this.
Now the above is how it will look the first time you go there. It is showing the Neopets default avatar. In order to change your avatar, click on the drop-down menu in the middle where it says “Choose a new av” and you will see an assortment of different avatars for you to use. Secret avatars are listed in a separate section at the bottom of the drop-down menu.
As you scroll through the avatars and click on them and they will appear on the right hand side under “Preview New Av” like this.
Once you have decided on an avatar that you wish to use, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and click on the Submit button. Now your avatar is set and will be the avatar that shows whenever you make a post on the NeoBoards or on your Guild message board.
