Yooyuball Formation 2+2

A huge disappointment all around, the Space Station followed up their thrashing at the hands of the Lost Desert in Year 8 with a dead-last (yes, even behind Faerieland) finish at Year 9’s tournament. Though team captain Keetra Deile has generally fulfilled her potential as a promising Yooyuballer, she’s gotten little help in her attempts to lift the team up from mediocrity. That could all change, though, with the addition of an exciting new goalkeeper, the Goltron Mk I. The Goltron has received lavish praise during initial tests and practices, so hopes are high for a substantially better showing in this year’s tournament…

Having a robot for a goalkeeper comes with its advantages - after all, you don’t have to worry about it going down with any injuries that a few minutes on the sidelines with a toolkit can’t fix. On the other hand, it tends to make very conservative "decisions" on the field, so it’s possible to throw it off with sudden, unpredictable actions.
